How do I add a link in bio on Facebook?

To add a link to a Facebook profile, go to your profile, tap Edit profile, scroll to Bio or Links, and add your URL there. For a Facebook Page, open Edit Page info (or About), add your link in the Website field, and consider adding a call-to-action button so visitors have a clear next step.

As with most social platforms, Facebook gives you very little room for links. If you want to share more than one destination, the cleanest approach is to add a single link-in-bio URL - it opens a page that holds all of your links and content in one place, and you can update it without editing your Facebook profile or Page again.

Step by step

  1. Build a free link-in-bio page and add a block for each link you want to share.
  2. Publish it and copy your URL (for example, lin.ky/yourname).
  3. On Facebook, open Edit profile (or Edit Page info) and paste it into the bio or website field.
  4. Save.
